GħSL is proud to Launch a Judicial Review Bill and an accompanying policy paper with the title of ‘Judicial Review Act- A Proposed Bill to Reform a Fragmented and Improper Law.’

During the past term, GħSL has worked with esteemed academics of Public Law, to come up with a functional bill amending the law on Judicial Review in Malta, which is currently regulated by article 469A and 469B of the Code of Organisation and Civil Procedure. This publication provides an in-depth look at the proposed bill and a commentary on the current law which was never amended since 1995.
